A true team player, dedicated mentor, and a person that makes the work culture flourish.

Miroslav was born and raised in a village called Ruski Krstur with a father that awakened a passion and curiosity in him for programming and figuring out how things work at an early age, he made his first project at the age of 10. After finishing primary school, he packed up his bags and moved to Novi Sad to start his developer journey.

Travelling is one of his biggest passions. He never travels to the same place twice. When in a new country, he enjoys learning about the culture, history, customs, language, food and everything that makes up a place and its wonderful people. He had a chance to live in England for 9 months where he perfected his language skills and understanding of British culture. Along with being fluent in English, he also speaks the Ruthenian language, which is the language of the Ruthenian people and belongs to the group of East Slavic languages. Creating a Ruthenian language keyboard was one of his passion projects. Love for communication and languages directed him to working with people and leading teams. His newfound passion for psychology has helped him better understand the work culture and colleagues he was privileged to work with. A healthy and active lifestyle has always been a part of his life. He keeps fit by training aikido and occasionally playing paintball with his colleagues.

If you plan on competing in a pub quiz you will be really lucky to have Miroslav on your team. The other team will not stand a chance against Miroslav, a true walking library, amateur historian and an excellent judge of character.

If you were to ask Miroslav about his favorite movie and book, his immediate response would be The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by the one and only Douglas Adams. As Miroslav jokingly says “Developers can be divided into two categories: those who have read, and those who have not read this book.”
